Booking for a New Wine Conference

On completion of your booking you will receive a confirmation email from us, if you do not receive this you may not be booked in, please contact the office.

Please note some minor changes to our online booking system:

You can now edit your booking details, such as name, address, church name, etc.
If you have paid a deposit, you can revisit at a later time to pay your balance in full. You cannot make installment payments.
Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email that includes instructions on how to make any additional edits and payments. You will receive a confirmation email every time you amend your booking.
When booking online, please read the booking form carefully, making sure you answer all questions as prompted.

Special Note for Summer Conference Group Bookings:

If you have already booked into the summer conference online you cannot add additional delegates onto your booking. You will need to send in a paper booking form with the initial booking reference number to the New Wine office. These delegates will not be eligible for the discounted online booking rate. You can, however, ensure you are camped with a particular group without being added to their booking. To do this you will need to create a separate booking, and provide the group leader's name and camping church of the group you wish to camp with. You can do this online.
